Governor CV Anand Bose returns to Kolkata after meeting with Vice President Dhankhar

West Bengal Governor Dr. CV Anand Bose returned to Kolkata on Tuesday after meeting Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar. He landed at Kolkata airport on a special flight from Delhi. After landing, he reached Raj Bhavan directly.

West Bengal Governor sacked Nandini Chakraborty, a state government functionary and secretary to the governor, after meeting BJP state president Sukanta Mazumdar. After this, Dr. Anand Bose went to Delhi on Monday and met Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar at UP-Rashtrapati Bhavan.

As the Governor of West Bengal, Dhankhar had frequent confrontations with Mamata Banerjee's government. The tuning with the present Governor and Mamata is very good. Nandini was accused of this and it was claimed that she was misleading the Governor. There were also allegations that the present Governor is not as vocal as former Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar.

Meanwhile, after meeting Sukanta Mazumdar, Dr. CV Anand Bose issued a scathing statement against the state government and sacked Nandini. Now that he has returned after meeting Dhankhar, it is believed that once again the conflict between the state government and the Raj Bhavan will increase in West Bengal.
